These terms and conditions govern your use of the Future Eyes Ireland website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Future Eyes Ireland is the Irish importer and distributor of Future Eyes auxiliary LED lighting for motorbikes, cars and trucks. You can contact us at futureeyesireland@gmail.com.
We take care to describe and picture our products accurately. Product images are for illustration and small variations may occur. Specifications provided by the manufacturer are given in good faith.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order. We may decline or cancel an order โ for example if an item is unavailable or a price error has occurred โ and if we do, we will refund any payment taken.
Prices are shown in euro (€) and, where applicable, include VAT. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you complete your order. Payment is taken through our payment provider at checkout.
We deliver within Ireland. Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (as implemented in Ireland by S.I. No. 484 of 2013), if you are a consumer buying online you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at the email above. You must return the goods in unused, resaleable condition; return postage may be at your cost. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in line with your rights under Irish and EU consumer law, including the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 and the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Future Eyes products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (generally 12 months). This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights. Please keep your proof of purchase.
Auxiliary lighting must be fitted and used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and with road-traffic law. It is your responsibility to ensure that how you fit and use the products is legal for road use in your jurisdiction.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect fitting or use, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland will have jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site at the time you place an order applies to that order.
